Description Here the small oyster, fishing, and crab boats tie up after a day in the bay and nearby rivers. Fishing parties will also find boats for hire located here. The City Dock is off Spa Creek, which forms one boundary of Annapolis, College Creek and the Severn River forming the other sides. From this point here is a nice view of the city, dominated by the State House dome.
